Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday, and from 12 AM to 7 AM, Friday and Saturday. During these times, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum to respect the peace and comfort of others. Thank you for helping maintain a quiet and restful environment!
Yes, complimentary self-parking is available in our lot. Free public parking is also available, but most spaces have time restrictions.
The hotel does not accept pets, but service animals are welcome. If a pet or its dirt is detected in your guest room, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance of your arrival date in order to avoid a penalty of one night charge.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations or inconveniences in your trip due to weather. However, if you have a confirmed reservation and you are due to arrive within 24 hours and an evacuation order is in effect due to a hurricane warning, you will receive a full refund, or you can transfer any deposit to a future stay. If you have already arrived and an evacuation order is in place, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your stay.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and enclosed areas such as conference/meeting rooms, private offices, elevators, restrooms, and the lobby. If smoking is detected in a room, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
The hotel is cashless, but the restaurant still accepts cash payments.
